CHHAHARI promotes programs for children to become independent by developing their social, mental and intellectual capabilities through proper education, along with vocational and practical training.

CHHAHARI will coordinate and help create job opportunities or further education for the children as they grow into adulthood.

CHHAHARI will conduct an advocacy campaign to educate the Nepali society at large in the proper care, training and education of orphaned and homeless children.
